The Yearbook Studio does not sell, rent, trade, or share student or customer personal information with third parties for advertising, marketing, data brokerage, or other unrelated purposes.
Information entrusted to The Yearbook Studio is used only as necessary to provide our photography and yearbook services, fulfill customer orders, communicate with families and schools, maintain appropriate business records, and meet applicable legal obligations.
We use service providers when necessary to operate our business and fulfill customer orders. For example, information may be processed through services used for secure photo galleries, payment processing, professional printing, shipping, email delivery, website hosting, or digital file storage.
These companies receive or process only the information necessary to provide the applicable service. The Yearbook Studio does not sell customer or student information to these providers or authorize them to use information we provide for their own advertising or marketing purposes.
Schools may provide The Yearbook Studio with student names, class or teacher information, student identification information, or other information necessary to organize and provide school photography and yearbook services.
We use school-provided student information only for the services we have been engaged to provide. We do not sell this information, use it to build marketing databases, or provide it to unrelated third parties.
School photography requires families and schools to trust us with photographs and information about children. We take that responsibility seriously.
We collect and use only the information reasonably necessary to provide our services. We do not sell personal information. We do not operate a data-brokerage business. We do not provide student information to advertisers.

By placing an order with The Yearbook Studio and/or downloading, receiving, or using images purchased from The Yearbook Studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Digital image orders will be delivered electronically to the email address provided with the order after payment has been successfully processed. Please allow up to 48 hours for delivery unless otherwise stated for your school or event.
Customers are responsible for downloading and securely saving purchased digital images to a personal computer, cloud storage service, external drive, or other storage device.
Purchased digital images will remain available for download for five weeks following the school-wide ordering deadline. After that time, galleries and files may be removed from our system. Requests to restore, re-upload, or resend archived galleries or digital files, when those files are still available, may be subject to a $25 administrative fee.
The Yearbook Studio is not responsible for maintaining or storing purchased digital files after the five-week availability period.
Print and product orders will be fulfilled after payment has been successfully processed. Unless otherwise specified for your school, orders placed during the designated ordering period should be delivered within approximately four weeks following the school-wide ordering deadline.
Orders placed after the published ordering deadline may be subject to late-order fees, different product availability, and/or an extended delivery timeline.
All purchased photographs, whether printed or digital, are licensed for reasonable personal use. Personal use includes printing photographs for yourself or family, sharing them with friends and family, and posting them to personal social media accounts.
Purchase of an image does not transfer copyright ownership.
Images may not be resold, commercially reproduced, used to advertise or promote a business or organization, submitted to stock photography services, or otherwise used for commercial or financial gain without prior written permission from The Yearbook Studio.
The Yearbook Studio retains copyright to all photographs in accordance with applicable U.S. copyright law.
Pricing, packages, products, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Because school photographs and related products are custom-created and produced for individual customers, all sales are final except in cases of defective products, fulfillment errors, or as otherwise required by law.
The Yearbook Studio is not responsible for loss of digital files after they have been successfully delivered or after the stated download period has expired.
We want you to be happy with the photographs and products you receive. If your order arrives damaged, contains an obvious production defect, or differs materially from what you ordered, please contact The Yearbook Studio within seven days of receipt.
When appropriate, The Yearbook Studio will replace the affected item at no additional charge. Replacement printing and shipping may take up to four weeks depending on the product and fulfillment schedule.
Because photographic appearance can vary based on screens, monitors, print materials, cropping, and production methods, minor differences in color, brightness, composition, or cropping are not considered defects.
If The Yearbook Studio is unable to fulfill a purchased order or otherwise cannot provide the product or service purchased, an appropriate replacement or refund will be provided.
Approved refunds may take up to ten business days to process, depending on the customer's financial institution and original method of payment.
